Safety program

Safety. It’s always our first priority.

When it comes to any project, our first concern is the safety of the entire team. That’s why we have worked with Fortune 500 clients who are recognized for their exemplary safety performance to develop a solid, effective safety program. Key aspects of this program are as follows:

• Each new Three Rivers employee is required to complete our company safety orientation along with specialized safety training administered through Great Lakes Safety Training Center.

• All Three Rivers employees have defined safety responsibilities which they are totally responsible for.

• Three Rivers employs full-time safety representatives who are responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of all safety activities and requirements for each company project.

• All incidents, and unplanned events, are reported, regardless of severity or type.  All information relating to each incident is shared throughout the company, so that each employee may learn and prevent future incidents.

• Three Rivers conducts regular job site audits to minimize or eliminate unsafe acts and procedures

• Regular audits are conducted to measure safe behavior percentages.

• All audits are tracked and recorded to measure our goals of continuous improvement.

• State of the art safety processes such as BBP (Behavior Based Performance) and STAC (Safety Task Analysis Card). Contact us for more information.
