Three Rivers is the Great Lakes Bay Region's Green LEEDer.

LEED accredited professionals

MIDLAND - Today, every construction company talks about “green” building.

Most of them have a person who is accredited as a LEED® professional.

We have eleven.

They represent a mix of disciplines: architects, superintendents, project managers and estimators. The U.S. Green Building Council has certified that each has the knowledge and skills necessary to steward the process of certifying a project as meeting Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design standards … and demonstrates a thorough understanding of green building practices and principles.
And we’ve put those principles into practice-even in the most unexpected types of projects. Because we believe every building should be healthy for the workers who construct it, the people who use it and the community that hosts it. Because we believe every building should be built as costefficiently as possible. And because we believe every building should leave our planet a better place for all.
It’s just another example of what we mean when we say Three Rivers Corporation is “More Than Construction.” And it’s one of the things that makes us a leader.

  • Sustainable or "green building" design and construction is a process which creates the opportunity to use our resources more efficiently and responsibly.
  • LEED Professional Accreditation distinguishes building professionals with the knowledge and skills to successfully steward the green "building" process.
  • Three Rivers Corporation has 11 Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professionals (LEED AP).
