Three Rivers Corporation Announces Leadership Promotions

MIDLAND, MICH - Three Rivers Corporation announces a series of leadership promotions reflective of the company’s commitment to build and maintain a strong and dynamic presence across its portfolio of services and markets.

The individuals promoted now hold these titles and responsibilities:

Randy Sherman, R.A., NCARB, Vice President of Design has been promoted to Executive Vice President Business Development and Design. In addition to his responsibilities of leading the design efforts at Three Rivers he will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Business Development strategies and objectives for client retention and growth of the company. Sherman currently serves as Secretary of Three Rivers Board of Directors and is a member of the Executive Committee. An alumnus of Lawrence Technological University, he joined Three Rivers in 1996 and resides in Midland.

Jay Pelton has been promoted to Vice President, Operations. He is responsible for execution of all construction contracts, production planning and budgeting, management and development of all company construction resources necessary to meet operational business plans and objectives. This includes project coordination, productivity, efficiency and safe operations. In addition to his new responsibilities, he will become a member of the Three Rivers Executive Committee and is a principal of the company. He most recently was Senior General Superintendent. Pelton has been with Three Rivers since 1982 and resides in Coleman.

Craig Howson is promoted to Industrial Operations Manager. He is responsible for managing proposal development, estimating, scheduling, preconstruction services, project safety, subcontractor management, construction and closeout for industrial projects. This involves Process Piping, Maintenance, Pipe Fabrication, Structural Steel, HVAC, Plumbing, and Civil and Architectural trades in the industrial markets. He most recently was Mechanical Division Manager. He has worked for the company since 1986. Howson resides in Midland.

Ted High has been promoted to Commercial Operations Manager. He is responsible for managing proposal development, estimating, scheduling, preconstruction services, project safety, subcontractor management, construction and closeout activities of commercial projects associated with Design Build, Health Care, General Contracting and our Casework business segments. He most recently was the General Contracting Division Manager. An alumnus of University of Nebraska, Lincoln, he has a degree in Construction Management. High has worked for Three Rivers 10 years and resides in Midland.

Andy Weisbrodt becomes Manager of Business Development. He will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing business development action plans and tactics for targeted markets consistent with the company’s strategic objectives. He most recently held the position of Design Build Division Manager. Weisbrodt is an alumnus of Central Michigan University. He resides in Midland and has been with the company 7 years.
