Dan Kozakiewicz, President

At Three Rivers since 1986, Dan has performed various roles until entering his current position in 2001. As president, he is responsible for overall corporate objectives, growth and fulfilling Three Rivers’ commitment to customers and the community. Dan serves as chairman on the Board of Directors as well as on numerous civic and community organizations. He has a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering from Lawrence Technological University.

Randy Sherman, R.A., NCARB

Randy Sherman, Vice President of Design

As a registered architect, R.A., Randy has a broad range of experience in sports, aviation, healthcare, industrial, and faith based project design. In addition, he is registered with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, NCARB, allowing him design reciprocity in jurisdictions throughout the United States. In tandem with leading the design efforts at Three Rivers, he is responsible for the development and implementation of Business Development strategies and objectives for client retention and growth of the company.  He currently serves as Secretary of Three Rivers Board of Directors.  An alumnus of Lawrence Technological University, Randy joined Three Rivers in 1996. 

 

Clifford J. "Jay" Pelton

Clifford Pelton, Vice President of Operations

Directing Three Rivers’ staff of construction professionals he is responsible for the development and execution of the company’s operational plans and objectives, managing and developing resources to deliver high quality, cost effective and safe construction services. Under his direction the company successfully completes over 300 projects in the industrial, health care, commercial, institutional and other construction markets. Jay has been with Three Rivers since 1982.

Kevin Gay
Vice President Finance & Administration

Kevin Gay, Vice President Finance & Administration

Kevin is responsible for directing the organization's overall financial policies, overseeing all financial functions including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, treasury and personnel. He joined Three Rivers Corporation in 1992 and has served as the vice president of finance and administration since 2001. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Kevin serves as Treasurer of the Three Rivers’ Board of Directors.
